All our collections teams, in addition to being comprehensively trained in DPA and CCA compliance, must complete a unique in-house training programme. This extensive programme has been developed over many years and includes:
• Negotiation Handling
• Customer Service
• Call Handling
• Telephone Technique
• Collection Psychology
• Advanced PC Skills and Correspondence Excellence
No employee is permitted to undertake any collection activity until they have completed this training programme to the satisfaction of a senior manager.
We don’t believe that training is something to be completed once, then forgotten. All employees of SAIF Resolve undergo a process of continual training and development, participating in regular in-house courses to ensure that they are abreast of industry developments and legislation changes. We work as a team, sharing new experiences to enhance our effectiveness and maintain our high service standards.
We are proud of our employees and consider them the most important assets of SAIF Resolve. All employees are encouraged to undertake additional vocational training which includes studying for membership of the Institute of Credit Management.
